The scope of work covers only the Common areas of basement, staircase, lifts, utility toilets, roadways and other common areas forming part of Steeple Reach.

We will design a schedule for cleaning your premises by using a combination of traditional and mechanized methods. The purpose will be not only to clean / remove rubbish but to make a positive contribution to the health of the building and the occupants.

SCOPE OF WORK

Through / complete cleaning of the common area forming part of facility at steeple reach (see activity report) as per scheduled frequency.

• Allocate work for different shifts
• Check inventory of cleaning materials
• Check functioning of all toilet/sanitary systems
