We have well-trained and dedicated internal Quality Auditors who will visit the sites at periodic intervals to ensure that the Quality Systems are fully operational and will perform Quality Audit in prescribed formats. In addition to this, we conduct Customer feedback survey, once in a months and take necessary corrective and preventive actions to ensure high degree of customer satisfaction. Our ultimate endeavor is to achieve Customer delight throughout the period.

General Terms

Tools & Tackles:

All general hand tools and measuring tools and tackles ( like Cutting Plier, screw driver, DE spanners, Ring spanners, adjustable spanner, hack saw frame, hammer, chisel Multimeter and tong tester) will be provided by Vergyl Enterprises on a monthly fixed lumpsum charges. The tools and tackles provided are site specific.

Spares & Consumables:

All the spares and consumables will be supplied/ procured and separate bills will be raised for reimbursement. Necessary critical spares to be procured by the client and Vergyl Enterprises will maintain record of receipt and use of spares.

Breakdown Maintenance:

Our Engineering team will attend to break down calls on equipment maintained by us, as and when needed. A break down call analysis will be recorded and reported to client for suitable action.

Maintanance And Repair Jobs:

Major repair, rewinding, replacement of parts will be contracted out as per requirements to get original conditions and specifications. (I.e. Motor Rewinding)

Warranty:

Our Services will track and administer the warranty period for all the equipment and machinery on behalf of the client.

Technical Responsibility:

Incase outsourced / third party service provider servicing the required unit. Vergyl Enterprises will take the Technical responsibility for ensuring corrective actions are carried out to the satisfaction of our clients.
