We have well-trained and dedicated internal Quality Auditors who will visit the sites at periodic intervals to ensure that the Quality Systems are fully operational and will perform Quality Audit in prescribed formats. In addition to this, we conduct Customer feedback survey, once in a months and take necessary corrective and preventive actions to ensure high degree of customer satisfaction. Our ultimate endeavor is to achieve Customer delight throughout the period.

General Terms

Tools & Tackles:

All general hand tools and measuring tools and tackles ( like Cutting Plier, screw driver, DE spanners, Ring spanners, adjustable spanner, hack saw frame, hammer, chisel Multimeter and tong tester) will be provided by Vergyl Enterprises on a monthly fixed lumpsum charges. The tools and tackles provided are site specific.

Spares & Consumables:

All the spares and consumables will be supplied/ procured and separate bills will be raised for reimbursement. Necessary critical spares to be procured by the client and Vergyl Enterprises will maintain record of receipt and use of spares.

Breakdown Maintenance:

Our Engineering team will attend to break down calls on equipment maintained by us, as and when needed. A break down call analysis will be recorded and reported to client for suitable action.

Maintanance And Repair Jobs:

Major repair, rewinding, replacement of parts will be contracted out as per requirements to get original conditions and specifications. (I.e. Motor Rewinding)

Warranty:

Our Services will track and administer the warranty period for all the equipment and machinery on behalf of the client.

Technical Responsibility:

Incase outsourced / third party service provider servicing the required unit. Vergyl Enterprises will take the Technical responsibility for ensuring corrective actions are carried out to the satisfaction of our clients.

• Lift - Provision for 2 (PASSENGER& SERVICES)

Scope of Services

• Common areas like basement, staircase, utility toilets, lift lobbies, roadways, pathways and other common areas forming part of Steeple reach facility

• Housekeeping Services - 16 hours X 7 days
• Mechanical & Electrical Services - 24 hours X 7 days.

Inclusions

Housekeeping:

• Cleaning of external areas, terrace, and ground floor, common areas like lobby, parking areas, Roadways, basement, utility, toilets and staircases.
• All cleaning materials will be provided by Vergyl Enterprises.
• Waste disposal to be part of scope - client, to provide separate dumpsters for collection of Garbage. Waste will be colour coded and segregated and then disposed at the common area within the campus.

M & E Services:

• Includes regular Operation & Maintenance of Electrical, HVAC system, lighting and power systems.
• Basic Hand Tools & Tackles like Cutting Plier, screw driver, DE spanners, Ring spanners, adjustable spanner, hack saw frame, hammer, chisel Multimeter, tong tester etc will be provided by Vergyl Enterprises on a monthly fixed lumpsum charges. The tools and tackles provided are site specific.

Exclusions

Housekeeping:

• All internal / leased out areas, internal office areas and toilets
• Consumables (C-fold napkin, hand towels, liquid hand wash, toilet rolls, garbage bags, bin liner, room freshner etc) will be provided by Vergyl Enterprises Services and charged on Actuals with 10% handling charges.
• Waste disposal incase of being dumped at designated yard outside the campus will be at extra cost.
• UG Sump cleaning and Soil well cleaning are not included in the scope and the same can be done on mutually agreed rates.

M & E Services:

• Annual maintenance of transformer, calibration of protective relays, filteration of oil, ACB's & OCB's servicing.
• AMC for Lift, HVAC, DG, Fire Safety systems, Pumps, UPS etc.
• All repairs (e.g. Rewinding of motors)
• Spares and consumables for all installations
• Consumables like Lube oil, Diesel etc will be provided by Vergyl Enterprises Services and charged on Actuals with 10% handling charges.

General Terms & Conditions

• Necessary infrastructure, requisite number of work stations with PC terminal, printer, fax, electricity, water etc to be provided by CLIENT
• Uniforms will be provided by Vergyl Enterprises for all servicemen.
• All standard safety regulations / procedures or as required by CLIENT will be followed.
• Mobilization Period : 1 - 2 weeks
• Contract Period: One year from date of commencement.
• Change of Rates: Rates are directly related to scope of work and services offered & will differ with any change in scope or manpower deployment.
• Exit Clause: One month's notice by either side.
• Force Majeure: During Force Majeure i.e. floods, riots, earthquake, strike etc. the Contractor shall provide maximum possible services in the given circumstances. Contract terms shall continue to prevail during the period for Force Majeure if it is fifteen days or less. If it should continue beyond fifteen days, services shall be provided on specific mutually agreeable terms and conditions, including demobilization costs.

Statutory Obligations

• Vergyl Enterprises is incorporated under the Companies Act of 1956 adhering to all state / central government laws / acts under the contract labour laws.

We will obtain necessary specific license from the labour department / inspector of factories / shops / labour for undertaking service contracts.

• All workers will be covered under statutory obligations like E.S.I. / P.F
• We will comply with all terms / obligations including record maintenance as per "Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970"
• In case of any revision in the minimum wages laid by the government the offered rates are subject to change / revision in accordance to it.
• All servicemen will be above 18 years of age.
