The objectives Vergyl Enterprises of effective IFM services will be as follows:
- To maintain reliability in the functioning of the equipment and plant so as to avoid serious disruption to activities;
- To minimize unforeseen failures requiring emergency attendances which are costly, disruptive, as well as damaging to the owner's image;
- To maintain the designed life-span of equipment;
- To reduce operating expenditures relating to repair and spare parts consumption and energy and utility consumption;
- To provide accurate maintenance and operating budget through proper planning and scheduling of maintenance tasks, manpower, preventive repairs and replacement, and setting of objectives Vergyl Enterprises on energy consumption;
- To generally provide well-maintained condition of the various installation through the professional and efficient approach on maintenance staff, thus contributing to a good public image projection;
- To unload from the owner the burden of manpower resource and administration on maintenance management.
