Performance Monitoring

Overall control of the services will be controlled / monitored by the Facility Manager who will ensure smooth implementation / pro-actively develop systems / continuous training of the team and schedule cleaning program. Performance review and interaction with the principal employer will be high on our priority list.

The key measures will include the following:

• Level of cleanliness in an area
• Appearance / Attitude of our cleaning staff
• Response time to your requests
• Allocation of work and implementation
• Waste Management
